FRIDAY MORNING FITNESS CLASSES

 

 

Starting Friday 25th October 2019

 

Three unique fitness classes. Under expert guidance develop your skills and fitness. Take away ideas to try at home or at your gym. 

 


 

 

* 09:15 FUSIONFITNESS

 

A non-impact class fusing moves from Strength, Pilates & Yoga classes
Establish sound movement patterns
Improve range, joint mobility and flexibility
Increase strength and aerobic capacity

 

 

* 10:30 SKI FIT IN 6

 

Specific exercises for winter sports such as skiing and snowboarding

BE FIT|BE STRONG|BE FLEXIBLE
DON’T GET INJURED… MAKE THE MOST OF YOUR WEEK IN THE SNOW

 

* 12:15 HALF HOUR HIIT

 

High Intensity Interval Training
Involves impact
45 minute class including warm up, stretching and cool down
Lose fat | build muscle | get fit – FAST

 

 

CHRISTMAS FIT IN 6 / SEDBERGH

SATURDAY EARLY MORNING CIRCUIT CLASS

 

 

Starting on Saturday 2nd November 2019 for 6 weeks until 14 December 2019 (please note - no class on 16th November)

 

A circuit class that focusses on total body fitness - aerobic and strength. Join the early morning crew for a one hour class at 7:30am Saturday at the People's Hall Sedbergh. Fitness done by breakfast and fired up to enjoy the weekend.

 

 

 

CHRISTMAS FIT IN 6 /KIRKBY STEPHEN

SATURDAY MID-MORNING CIRCUIT CLASS 

 

Starting on Saturday 2nd November for 6 weeks until 7th December 2019 (to continue after Christmas)

 

A circuit class that focusses on total body fitness - aerobic, balance. coordination and strength. A one hour class at 10:00am Saturday at the KSGS gym. Your fitness kick to wake you up for the weekend after a lazy start to the day!

45 minute daytime fitness class for individuals with limited mobility, balance issues or undergoing rehabilitation following injury.


Suitable for all ages and fitness levels.


If you want to improve co-ordination and strength, in a supportive group, then this is the class for you.

 

 

* BUGGY FIT

 

The 45 minute daytime fitness class where baby comes too!


Tone up, improve strength and aerobic capacity.


Work out with other mums and have FUN!

 

 

* FRESH AIR FITNESS

 

Looking for great results with maximum fun? Like the idea of training outside the constraints of 4 walls? Then Fresh Air Fitness | Sedbergh is for you.

 

 

Run by Stuart, expect a workout that will boost your metabolism and help you reach your health and fitness goals in a positive, social and motivating environment.

 

Expect a different type of workout. The Fresh Air Fitness programme is team focused and uses equipment and each other to challenge yourself and have fun whilst doing so.


Employing a range of natural bodyweight and movement orientated exercises, this class will target cardio and strength, balance and coordination!
