Looking for great results with maximum fun? Like the idea of training outside the constraints of 4 walls? Then Fresh Air Fitness | Sedbergh is for you. Expect a workout that will boost your metabolism and help you reach your health and fitness goals in a positive, social and motivating environment.
The Fresh Air Fitness programme uses a minimum of equipment and is designed so everyone can challenge themselves -whatever their fitness ability.
Employing a range of natural bodyweight and movement orientated exercises combined with some resistance work, this class will target cardio, upper, lower and core strength, balance and coordination!

Currently, sessions are scheduled for Monday evenings at 6pm* and are held on the open ground to the rear of Sedbergh People's Hall on Howgill Lane. (Adjacent to the playing Field). Please meet in the car park, keeping social distancing.
Each session will last around 50 minutes. Due to weather and COVID-19 operational guidelines I need to know numbers attending and have contact details before class participation.
LOCKDOWN SPECIAL - ONLY £5 per session!
* Bad weather may lead to cancellation. Other days and times available if sufficient demand - minimum 4 participants
