Everyone's reasons for training is different. This is why a personal trainer takes your individual requirements into consideration and creates a training environment that corresponds directly to
your expectations. I am here to give you the right advice to help you achieve exactly what you want.
Not everyone likes to train alone. Sometimes it is helpful to have a friend with you to cheer each other on. My training methods are flexible so that you can get exactly what you are looking
for.
Solo
The classic training programme - Client and Trainer. We can train outdoors or in a gym environment. In this type of training situation, I see myself as a motivational partner who supports you in your goals - not as a drill sergeant. You run 5 miles, I run 5 miles. That’s how easy it can be. We achieve your goal together - motivation for me to work just as hard as you do.
Injuries, major or minor, or even ramping up your exercise routines can have a dramatic impact on how your body functions - highlighting the importance of developing the correct functional movement patterns that help you to move forward. By drawing on my sports massage training and experience and combining that with advanced personal training knowledge, I'm able to identify safe and effective training that can help to minimise the impacts of injury or overtraining, to be the best you can be.
Together, we can improve your physical shape. By suggesting small developmental steps I can help you get you into the best shape of your life. This programme is ideal for all participants from beginers to experienced athletes - whether training for an event or or special occasion or simply to live a better more active life.
This can be home based or at an agreed fitness venue. I pay attention to your posture and technique to make sure you do not get hurt. I am very focused on finding the right challenges and techniques for you. Ensuring you achieve a balanced and strong physique. The aim is to train and develop your muscles, not to destroy them.
