Fitness - A training method that fits you

It's so easy to get into a rut.  Sometimes you just need a push, a bit of an outside stimulus, to make a change"

Everyone's reasons for training is different. This is why a personal trainer takes your individual requirements into consideration and creates a training environment that corresponds directly to your expectations. I am here to give you the right advice to help you achieve exactly what you want.

Not everyone likes to train alone. Sometimes it is helpful to have a friend with you to cheer each other on. My training methods are flexible so that you can get exactly what you are looking for.

Solo

The classic training programme - Client and Trainer. We can train outdoors or in a gym environment. In this type of training situation, I see myself as a motivational partner who supports you in your goals - not as a drill sergeant. You run 5 miles, I run 5 miles. That’s how easy it can be. We achieve your goal together - motivation for me to work just as hard as you do.

Double Deal

Want to train with a friend? No problem. Assuming you have similar goals, I can train and motivate both of you together. Experience has shown that having a friend along as a training partner motivates many clients to achieve more in their performances than they would alone.

Fitness Instruction - Body constitution, weight management and endurance

Together, we can improve your physical shape. By suggesting small developmental steps I can help you get you into the best shape of your life. This programme is ideal for all participants from beginers to experienced athletes - whether training for an event or or special occasion or simply to live a better more active life.

Fitness Instruction - Strength training

This can be home based or at an agreed fitness venue.  I pay attention to your posture and technique to make sure you do not get hurt. I am very focused on finding the right challenges and techniques for you. Ensuring you achieve a balanced and strong physique. The aim is to train and develop your muscles, not to destroy them.
