Small Group Fitness Classes to appeal to all age groups and fitness levels.
BETTER HEALTH AHEAD
2025 FITNESS CLASSES
TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING FITNESS CLASS
A circuit style class that focusses on Strength & Conditioning, and to challenge your aerobic fitness, balance and coordination.
- One hour class - including warm-up and cool-down/stretching
- All equipment provided, but remember to bring a water bottle.
£8.00/class or £7.OO/class if 5 or more classes are paid for in advance. (Flexible option - any 5 classes.)
MONDAY: KIRKBY STEPHEN SPORTS & SOCIAL CLUB @ 7:30pm .
Please be aware there will not be a class on Monday 13th October 2025. The final class before the Christmas break will be 15th December 2025. Classes will resume in January 2026
WEDNESDAY: PEOPLE'S HALL, SEDBERGH @ 5:45pm.
Please be aware there will not be a class on Wednesday 15th or Wednesday 22nd October 2025. The final class before the Christmas break will be 10th December 2025. Classes will resume in January 2026

FRIDAY MORNING RUN CLUB | SEDBERGH - FREE
New to running? Join this free running group and let’s improve together. Maybe you have never run, or want to move on from the treadmill but are not confident about running outside alone? Maybe you are recovering from injury or time off or maybe you want a new challenge?
Going for a jog/run is a great way to meet new people, tone up, lose weight and get all the wellbeing benefits from being in the outdoors - whatever the weather.
Each run will last about 30 minutes and over the weeks as confidence, experience and fitness builds, the group will naturally get a little faster with less time walking and catching breath. We will also go for a little bit longer. If requested, I will e-mail or text you the distance and time of that run, for your records.
FUSIONFITNESS
- A non-impact class fusing moves from Strength, Pilates & Yoga classes
- Establish sound movement patterns
- Improve range, joint mobility and flexibility
- Increase strength and aerobic capacity
HALF HOUR HIIT
- High Intensity Interval Training
- Involves impact
- 45 minute class including warm up, stretching and cool down
- Lose fat | build muscle | GET FIT – FAST
MOVE WELL | AGE BETTER
- 40 minute daytime fitness class for individuals with limited mobility, balance issues or undergoing rehabilitation following injury.
- Suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
- If you want to improve co-ordination and strength, in a supportive group, then this is the class for you.
BUGGY FIT
- The 45 minute daytime fitness class where baby comes too!
- Tone up, improve strength and aerobic capacity.
- Work out with other mums and have FUN!
