2024 INDOOR FITNESS CLASSES
NEW! M8-KS - MEN'S 8 WEEK BODY CHALLENGE FITNESS CLASS
Focusing on Strength & Conditioning, this is an eight week challenge for men to turbo charge their fitness. Helping you to get into the best physical shape you can, improving your health and wellbeing.
Maximum of 8 participants. £50 for the eight weekly sessions. No refunds for non-attendance but £3 will be credited towards a future block of classes, if you have to miss a session for any reason.
£50.00/for 8 classes paid in advance or £8.OO/class

TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING FITNESS CLASS
A circuit style class that focusses on Strength & Conditioning, and to challenge your aerobic fitness, balance and coordination.
£8.00/class or £7.OO/class if 5 or more classes are paid for in advance.
MONDAY: KIRKBY STEPHEN SPORTS & SOCIAL CLUB @ 7:30pm .
Please note: There will be no class on 27th May (bank holiday) or on 3rd June. A new set of classes starts on 10th June 2024.
WEDNESDAY: PEOPLE'S HALL, SEDBERGH @ 5:45pm

Next class on June 12th. starting at 17:45 Meet outside the People's Hall, Sedbergh. Regular indoor classes will resume on Wednesday 23rd October 2024.
FRIDAY MORNING RUN CLUB | SEDBERGH - FREE
Meeting at 09:30. Start location and time can change so please contact me before turning up.
New to running? Join this free running group and let’s improve together. Maybe you have never run, or want to move on from the treadmill but are not confident about running outside alone? Maybe you are recovering from injury or time off or maybe you want a new challenge?
Going for a jog/run is a great way to meet new people, tone up, lose weight and get all the wellbeing benefits from being in the outdoors - whatever the weather.
Each run will last about 30 minutes and over the weeks as confidence, experience and fitness builds, the group will naturally get a little faster with less time walking and catching breath. We will also go for a little bit longer. If requested, I will e-mail or text you the distance and time of that run, for your records.
The following fitness classes are currently on hold but will be brought in as demand, availability and venues allow. So please contact me to let me know if you are interested and "watch this space"....
